Terms of use
Last updated October 22, 2026
TuneKite is provided free of charge and as it is. You may use its pages and tools for personal and commercial purposes, including teaching, rehearsals and performances.
Accuracy
We work hard to make the tools and texts correct: chord shapes are generated and checked by software, pitches are calculated, and guides are reviewed. Still, a phone microphone, a noisy room or an old browser can affect the tuner, and mistakes in text can happen. Please tell us when you find one.
Your device and permissions
Some tools ask for browser permissions (microphone for the tuner, MIDI for the piano). You choose whether to grant them and can withdraw them at any time. Keep the volume at a safe level, especially with headphones.
What you may not do
Do not copy the site’s text, diagrams or code to republish them as your own, scrape it automatically at a rate that burdens the service, or try to break its security.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Operator and applicable law
TuneKite is run by the operator of tunekite.com, based in Poland. Contact: contact@tunekite.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
