About Bağlama düzeni (long neck)

Bağlama düzeni on the long neck keeps the same intervals as on the short neck, at the lower pitch of the long-neck instrument: alt La, orta Re, üst Mi. Teachers differ on the exact pitch: many tune the long neck so this düzen sounds Re Sol La like the short neck. If your teacher does, use the short-neck setting or Chromatic mode.

Tuning tips

Strings that change pitch for Bağlama düzeni (long neck) change tension too, and a lowered string may buzz or feel loose. Tune slightly below the note and come back up so the gear holds, and give the neck a few minutes to settle before you check again.

Use Auto mode: the tuner already knows the notes of Bağlama düzeni (long neck) and picks the nearest string. If a string is far off, tap its chip to lock it in Manual mode, then turn the peg until the needle centres.
